We sought out Park Group Real Estate after our home had been on the market for 90 days and our listing lapsed without our previous agent informing us. We contacted the team because we felt they had a broad reach with their marketing and social campaigns, we knew they would showcase and highlight the intrinsic features of our home, the warranted a higher price per sqft in our area. Samuel was very upfront with his expectations on the listing price, but knew we were in a unique situation where we were not under pressure to move and very price motived.
