Sellers

1. Virtual Meeting

3. Electronic Signatures

With DocuSign, you can review and sign paperwork with the click of a button in the comfort of your home.

4. Showing Instructions

We will make sure buyers and their agents know to follow all safety precautions. There is also a new PEAD form buyers are required to sign prior to any physical tours that states there are risks of exposure if you choose not to adhere to the stay-at-home order.

5. Transaction

Once we are in contract, the transaction moves forward as normal. There are also mobile notary services so that you can complete documents, such as the Grant Deed, from home. From here, we will arrange the closing of the transaction, and congratulations on the sale of your home!

Buyers

2. PEAD (Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory & Declaration)

This is a new form required by the DRE that all buyers must sign in order to enter a property for a physical tour. It simply states that there are risks of exposure if you choose not to adhere to the stay at home order.

3. Showings

In-person tours of properties are more than welcome once the PEAD is signed, and we will supply wipes and booties as needed. But if you prefer virtual tours, our team will preview the property and you can view it through Facetime or video chat.

4. Electronic Signatures

With DocuSign, you can review and sign paperwork with the click of a button in the comfort of your home.

5. Transaction

From this point, it’s almost business as usual with negotiations and inspections. Home inspections may be done with only the inspector on site, but you will receive a digital copy of the report.

6. Mobile Closing

There are many mobile notary services so you can sign loan docs from home while maintaining social distance. From here, we will arrange the closing of the transaction, and welcome home!
